Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping for orders with a total amount due of $49 to most Canadian Cities. If you placed an order under $49, we will charge a shipping fee of $7.99 (rates depend on your location). Free shipping will be delivered via Canada Post.


As mentioned above, shipping costs are waived if your order is over $49. Please be reminded that shipping and taxes are not calculated for free shipping. Expected delivery period for free shipping is within 3 to 5 business days.

We process and ship orders even during Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and on major National Holidays.


Please be reminded that shipping offers and terms are subject to changes. Confirmed orders placed before the change will receive the quoted shipping at the time of the purchase, this is regardless of the provided shipping date. In an event of shipping calculation mistakes (for instance the shipping cost was not reflected even if the order is not qualified for a free shipping), we reserve the right not to honor mistakes.

When your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any delays or disruptions in delivery. We encourage everyone to wait at least 15 days until arrival before declaring a lost package as this is the guideline of Canada Post. If your order has not arrived after 15 days from the expected shipping date, contact our customer service team.

For cancellation or changes in your order, our team will help you if the order hasn’t been processed yet. We cannot cancel your order if it is already shipped.

We ship from Toronto, Ontario. Our team will ship the item on the next business day. Delivery time varies, however; 2 - 5 business days is the average time frame to major Canadian Cities. Take note that the delivery period will only begin when your order is accepted by Canada Post.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email of your order confirmation. Another email will be sent when your order is accepted by Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided in the email.


Cartridges for replacement should be accomplished within 365 days of the purchase date. To make a return claim, we will ask you to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. A RMA number ensures that we can track and resolve the claim accordingly. Returns without RMAs will be refused.

We will refund you the full cartridge price of your purchase. The return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.


We warrant solely to the original customer purchasing products directly from our website as Original Products. All such Original Products sold will be free from manufacturer defects (form, fit, and function) for one (1) year from the original date of shipment. Misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, repairs or any action that is not in accordance with the Original Products’ use voids the warranty. The 1-year warranty only extends on Inkjets’ Original Products and does not cover damages of your devices like printer or computer.
